Delivery Days
Deliveries may be requested Monday-Friday during the official ski season. Weekend deliveries are not available at this time.
Notice Time
Orders must be received by 1pm on the day prior to your requested delivery day.
E.g. For Wednesday delivery, we require your order by 1pm Tuesday.
NOTE: Orders received on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday as we do not deliver at weekends.
How to Order
Orders will be accepted in writing on our order form only, either by fax or email. Orders will not be accepted over the telephone.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charge is $9.00 per box. This includes delivery from Mt Beauty to your lodge at Falls Creek.
These fees will be added to your invoice and charged to your credit card. These charges are subject to change at any time without notice.
Service Charges
Our fee to pick and pack your order is $10 for orders up to the value of $200 and thereafter an extra $2.50 for every $100 spent.

Payment
Payment is by credit card before the goods are released from our premises. A copy of your receipt will be sent with the goods.
To ensure freshness, your goods will not be processed at our registers until the day they are delivered. Therefore we are unable to advise the cost of your order in advance.
We accept VISA, Bankcard and Mastercard.
Box Sizes
We endeavour to pack as much into each box whilst also keeping them to a safe lifting weight. A slab of beer will be charged as one box.
Delivery Times
Orders will be delivered between 4pm and 6pm. You need to ensure someone is there to receive your order, or alternatively arrange with reception at your accommodation to receive it on your behalf.
Pricing
We stock approximately 20,000 lines in the store. Therefore we are unable to provide you with a product and/or price list. We aim to give you the best quality at the lowest prices and we offer 100's of weekly specials. Where possible we 'pick the specials' when doing your shopping for you.
Brands
You can specify brands of products on your order but in some cases we may not stock that particular brand. If you are happy for us to substitute with a like brand, please answer yes in the relevant box on the order form. If you are not concerned with brands, just keep your order generic. Eg. Packet of spaghetti.
Quality guarantee and refund and return policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any products within your delivery we will gladly refund or replace the item for you. Please call and speak to the manager Monday - Friday.
